We currently operate two convenient Crystal Coast locations. 5209 Narron Business Drive in Newport (Morehead City) and 1550 Lennoxville Road in Beaufort.

We require up‑to‑date vaccinations for Rabies, Distemper/Parvo (DHPP), and Bordetella. Proof of vaccination must be provided before check‑in.

We recommend bringing: • Your dog’s regular food (to avoid tummy upset) • Any medications in original packaging • A favorite toy or comfort item. We provide bedding, bowls, and plenty of love.

Absolutely. We welcome tours during business hours so you can see where your dog will stay and meet our team.

Yes. We provide updates upon request and are always available by phone if you want to check in.

Our daycare program is structured, supervised, and enrichment‑focused. Dogs enjoy playgroups matched by size and temperament, rest breaks, and plenty of outdoor time.

Yes. All daycare dogs must complete a temperament assessment to ensure safe, positive play.

Yes.  Any dog allowed to comingle with other dogs (as in our daycare program), must be spayed or neutered if they are 1 year old, or older.  Intact dogs can still be boarded, they just won’t be allowed to socialize with other dogs.

We welcome puppies at least 6 months of age who are fully vaccinated and at least 16 weeks old.

We provide full‑service grooming, baths, nail trims, deshedding, breed‑specific cuts, and spa add‑ons. Services vary by location.

Most dogs benefit from grooming every 4–8 weeks, depending on coat type.

Yes. Grooming is by appointment only, and spots fill quickly — especially during holidays.  You can put in a request through our “book now” button, but grooming appointments often require a phone call.

We administer medications at no additional charge. All meds must be labeled and provided in original containers.

Yes — quickly. We recommend booking holiday and summer stays well in advance.

For overnight boarding during busy times, we require a $25 deposit when booking.  This deposit is non-refundable but is applied as a credit to your account for future use.
